  1. Heat up pan add little oil add all dry spices red chilli whole add chopped onions chopped (make soft) add chopped tomatoes green chilli ginger cashewnuts pumpkin seeds over the pan for 2-3 min..
  2. Switch off the gas. Make masala cool make paste keep aside..
  3. Take a bowl put on curd turmeric powder salt red chilli powder garam masala powder coriander powder 2 spoons of water.
  4. Again heat up oil in a pan add dry masala paste saute add onion tomato ground paste 1 cup water 2 spoons malai mix well.
  5. Make cool down put in an airtight container in the refrigerator whenever want you should try. Add any veggies you like. Paneer mushroom peas anything..
  6. Enjoy with naan roti..
